Did you ever wonder why some people live way out in the middle of nowhere in west-central Texas?
Our wildflowers this spring might help explain it.

We have had one of the greatest displays of natural beauty ever occur on our place this year and I would like to share this exhibit of Mother Nature's artistry with the visitors to my website. We have no facilities for visitors so I am limited to sharing it by posting pictures on my website for all to enjoy. These beautiful flowers make my morning walks even more enjoyable and their lives, too, are limited and I'm really going to miss them when they are gone but I'll always treasure the memories. We usually have some nice spring wildflowers but only very rarely like this. Whoever says all of Texas is all prairie and desert, hasn't seen a west-central Texas spring in full bloom.
