| Last year, the Garlic is Life Symposium & Festival attracted garlic experts and enthusiasts found around the country. For three days, garlic was discussed, cooked, eaten and sold. From Ph.D.s to backyard growers, all involved shared personal testimonials as to the health benefits of "the stinking rose," and left Tulsa informed and enlightened with many new friends.
